Dr. Bob Harper, Senior Pastor Bob grew up and was educated at Sheridan, AR. He met his wife, Welda, when they were in Jr. High -- Bob at Sheridan and Welda at Bauxite. They were married in 1975 and are the proud parents of three grown children. Stephanie (Harper) Kees is their oldest daughter and is married to Dak, a Captain in the JAG corps of the Army. Lyndsey is the middle child and is working as an accountant in Little Rock. Drew is a student at Ouachita Baptist University. Bob graduated from Ouachita Baptist University, Southern Baptist Seminary and Midwestern Baptist Seminary. Bob has been the pastor at FBC White Hall since August, 1987. Before that he served five years as pastor at FBC Marvell and one year as a Chaplain Intern at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. Bob loves the pastoral role and also loves to hunt, fish, and watch sports.
 Jim Monroe, Associate Pastor & Minister of Education
Jim grew up in Kansas and Arkansas, and his wife, Ruth, was raised in Oklahoma. They were married in 1982 and have one engaged daughter, Sarah, who attends Ouachita Baptist University. Jim graduated from Louisiana Tech University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before ministry, he spent 13 years as a computer programmer. Jim and his family have been at FBC since August, 2007. His primary responsibility is overseeing the entire educational program of the church. Jim enjoys adding occasional comic relief in the church office, and going to garage sales.
 Brandon Massey, Minister of Students Brandon and his wife, Kristi, married in 1995. They have 3 children: Kade, Zane, and Gage. Brandon graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1996 with a B.S.E. in English and Spanish. He also graduated with a Masters of Divinity degree in 2003 from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Brandon' has been at FBCWH since July, 2001. His primary responsibility is overseeing the ministry to teenagers (7th-12th graders), which also includes ministry/training to youth workers and parents of teenagers. In his spare time, Brandon enjoys rooting for his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints, making/editing videos, writing, and jogging.
 Jeff Wentz, Minister of Music, Senior Adults & Administration
Jeff grew up in Huntington, West Virginia, and moved to Arkansas in 1973 after graduating high school. In 1976 Jeff met Susan Cash and they were married in November of that year. They have 3 children: Jim Bob who is married to the former Jennifer Threlkeld, Natalie who is married to Nick Vaughn, and Amy who is a student at Ouachita Baptist University. They have two grandchildren: Alexis & Faith, Jim Bob’s children. After working many years in commercial construction Jeff joined the staff of FBCWH as Minister of Music in February of 1997. His primary responsibilities are leading worship and directing the choir as well as working with the Senior Adults. Jeff’s hobbies include golf, yard work, and home repairs.
 Darby Wall, Associate Minister of Students
Darby has been our Associate Student Minister at FBC since August, 2005. She married John Wall on June 3, 2005 and they have two beautiful kids: a dog named Leeloo and a cat named Chance. Darby graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2005 with a BA in Spanish and a minor in Christian Education. She also teaches Spanish every morning at St. Joseph's Catholic High School. Darby enjoys outdoor activities, singing, graphic design and Pilates.
 Penny Dunn, Minister of Children
 Regina Wentz, Preschool Director Regina was born and attended school in Huntington, WV. In 1952 she met and married Robert Wentz who is now deceased. She has 3 children: Jeff (our music minister), Crystal, and Richard. Crystal attends FBCWH and is married to Ricky, one of our deacons. Richard in on staff at The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, and is married to Janet. She also has 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Her past jobs include office work, substitute teaching, and most recently, a teacher in a local preschool since 1980. Her church work covers a variety of positions as well: she has taught different classes over the years, and is currently our church clerk. She joined our staff as Nursery Director in April, 2008. Her life is, and always has been, centered around church, family, and children.
 June Wheeler, Church Secretary
June became our full-time secretary in December, 1980. She has served as church secretary in three other churches in Arkansas, Arizona, and California. She married her husband, Ken, in 1958, who is now retired. They have two children: Kenneth B. Wheeler, Jr. and Janet Milligan. June enjoys her 3 grandchildren Laura, Karly, and Shane. June graduated from Pine Bluff High School and attended Ouachita Baptist College.
 Dianne Butler, Financial Secretary
Dianne was born in Bastrop, LA and raised in Pine Bluff. She was married to the late Don Butler for 25 years. They have two daughters, Cynthia & Anita. Dianne has worked as secretary or financial secretary in churches for over 15 years. She also has an extensive background in banking before that. Dianne's hobbies include going to yard sales and flea markets and reading.
 Ruth Monroe, Part-time Secretary Ruth spent her first 24 years in Waynoka, OK, until her husband, Jim (see above) moved her away in 1982. Ruth graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in business and a double minor in accounting & home economics. She has worked in several church offices, and has been at FBCWH since April, 2008. Ruth enjoys going to yard sales, sewing, and reading.
